After the passing of AB 2299 allowing a second Accessory Dwelling Units in some residential zones, we got to work on the first permit to build one in West Hollywood. Residential Design by Catalyst Designs LLC, Development by Aria, Interior Staging by Lisa Vail
The new law allows homeowners in designated zones to add a second unit where previously it was not allowed, to help with the housing shortage in many California cities.
